General Payment Terms

  1. Reservation Timeline:

    • For all reservations made more than 7 days in advance, no upfront payment is required at the time of booking.
    • For reservations made 1 to 6 days prior to the service date, a payment of 50% of the total cost will be required to secure the booking.
  2. Immediate Payment:

    • If the reservation is made within 1 or 2 days before the service date, full payment is required immediately to confirm the booking.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations for Reservations Made More Than 7 Days in Advance:

    • No upfront payment means no refund is necessary. Please notify us of any cancellations via email at [email protected].
  • Cancellations for Reservations Made 1 to 6 Days Before the Service:

    • Cancellations made within this timeframe will result in the forfeiture of the 50% deposit.
  • Cancellations Made Within 24 Hours:

    • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 24 hours of the service.
  • Emergency or Unforeseen Events:

    • In the event of an emergency or unforeseen circumstances, requests for a full refund can be made within the week leading up to the service date.
