- If you need to cancel your reservation for any reason, please send a written email to [email protected] at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled service. A full refund will be issued.
- During the holiday peak season (December 20th – January 4th), we require a written cancellation request via email to [email protected] at least 72 hours before your service. A full refund will be provided.
- Please note that no-shows for any purchased services will be treated as cancellations and are non-refundable. Additionally, once your travel has commenced, refunds will not be provided for any unused portions of the tour.
